Terms and conditions:
  1. The QRIS Promo Bluebird 2025 program is held from September 1, 2025, at 00:00 WIB until December 31, 2025, at 23:59 WIB ("Promo Period") by PT Super Bank Indonesia ("Bank")
  2. The QRIS Promo Bluebird 2025 program is subject to the following terms:

    Promo Scheme

     Minimum Transaction

    Discount 30% up to Rp20.000,-

    1.  The Promotion is valid and open to all customers of Superbank (“Customers”).
    2. Customers must make payment for any Bluebird service conducted offline at any Bluebird vehicle using the QRIS scan method. The QRIS code may be displayed on the EDC machine available at all Bluebird vehicles, or on a QRIS display sticker or poster, and payment must be made using the balance of the Customer’s Superbank account by accessing one of the following pages on the Superbank application (“Transaction”):

          • Customers may conduct a Transaction by redeeming a voucher accessible through the “Voucher” page, which can be found via the voucher icon located at the top right corner of the main page of the Customer’s Superbank application, and selecting the voucher they wish to use. Thereafter, the Customer will be directed to the QRIS scan page to proceed with the payment transaction. The discount will be applied immediately by deducting the Transaction amount payable by the Customer in accordance with the applicable discount value. A simulation of voucher usage on this page can be seen in the illustration below:

          • Customers may access and use any available discount voucher prior to providing PIN authorization when making payment via QRIS scan using the Superbank application, whereby access to the Voucher page will be displayed above the “continue” button. Customers may select the voucher they wish to use, and the applicable discount will be immediately applied by deducting the Transaction amount payable by the Customer in accordance with the discount value to which the Customer is entitled. A simulation of voucher usage on this Page 2 can be seen in the illustration below:

Vouchers displayed on the voucher page, whether accessed through Page 1 or Page 2, may only be used if the maximum number of vouchers available for redemption by Customers in each 2 weeks during the Promotion Period (“Voucher Quota”) is still available, and the Customer has not yet reached the maximum 2 weeks voucher usage limit. Vouchers that are no longer available for access by Customers will appear greyed out and will be inactive when clicked. In such case, the Customer may attempt to redeem the voucher again in the following week, provided that the Promotion Period is still valid.
    4. The Voucher Quota for each 2 weeks is as follows: 
      • 1-15 September : 2,000
      • 16-30 September : 2,000
      • 1-15 October : 2,000
      • 16-31 October : 2,000
      • 1-15 November : 2,000
      • 16-30 November : 2,000
      • 1-15 December : 2,000
      • 16-31 December : 2,000
    5. Customers are entitled to enjoy the discount a maximum of once per 2 weeks during the Promotion Period, provided that the 2 weeks Voucher Quota as referred to in point (d) is still available.
    6. This discount promotion is valid with no minimum Transaction value.
  3. Rewards in the form of direct discount can only be granted if the Superbank account is still active (not blocked or closed), and it must be under the name of the eligible customer.
  4. Superbank reserves the right to verify each Transaction carried out by the Customer.
  5. This promo is free of charge and open to customers who have downloaded and are using the latest version of the Superbank App with the QRIS feature or Superbank App Version 1.29.
  6. Any tax reporting obligations arising from the rewards received by the Customer, including but not limited to reporting in the Annual Tax Return (SPT Tahunan), shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Any tax consequences resulting from the Customer’s failure to report such rewards shall not be borne by Superbank. Taxes on discount rewards shall be borne by the Bank.
  7. The Customer agrees that the Bank has the right to:
    1.  Cancel or suspend the granting of reward or participation in this program;
    2.  Nullofy any activities conducted by the Customer in fulfilling the requirements of this QRIS promotional program; or 
    3.  Reject any customer request or transaction instruction, whether financial or non-financial for correction or addjustment of transaction records based on Superbank's investigation, or in cases whre there are indications of violations suspicious transactions, actions that harm Superbank or other customers, and/or attempts to manipulate the system or qualify unfairly for rewards. In such cases, the Customer acknowledges, agrees, and understands that the Bank has the right to seek recovery of the discount that has been awarded to the Customer using any method permitted under applicable laws and regulations.
  8. By participating in the QRIS Promo Bluebird 2025, the Customer understands and agrees to all the Terms and Conditions of this promo, which are governed by the Banking Service Terms and in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
  9. The Bank reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of this QRIS Promotional Program with prior notice provided through Superbank’s communication channels.
  10. The Bank is only responsible for disbursing discount rewards for QRIS transactions that comply with the applicable scheme.
  11. All decisions, rules, and changes made by Superbank regarding the Terms and Conditions of the QRIS Promo Bluebird 2025 are final and binding.
