Earn EZPoint from every transactions or trips through the MyBluebird app, then redeem your EZPoint to enjoy free access or special rates at IAS Hospitality Airport Lounges (Prayana, Concordia, Saphire, and Saphire Plaza Premium Lounge).

Terms & Conditions:

1. Free Access to IAS Hospitality Airport Lounges
       a. MyBluebird users can redeem EZPoint through the following mechanisms to enjoy free lounge access:
            - Redeem 1 EZPoint, exclusively for Elite-tier users
            - Redeem 100,000 EZPoint, available to all users
         notes: not applicable on Saphire Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport and Concordia Lounge at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport
       b. "Elite Exclusive – Free Access IAS Hospitality Lounge" reward can be redeemed once during the launching period, until 30 September 2026. Starting 1 October 2026, the reward can be redeemed once every 3 months per MyBluebird account and will be available for redemption on the 1st day of the following period.
   
   
2. Special Rates at IAS Hospitality Airport Lounges
      a. All MyBluebird users (Elite, Voyager, Traveler, and Explorer) can redeem 1 EZPoint to enjoy the special rate.
      b. Pay a special rate of Rp150,000–Rp160,000 per person* (inclusive of tax). For Saphire Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport and Concordia Lounge at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, a special rate of Rp665,000 per person* (inclusive of tax) applies. *Rates are subject to change at any time
   
   
3. MyBluebird users who have successfully redeemed EZPoint for an IAS Hospitality Airport Lounge reward can view their voucher code under the “My Rewards” menu on the “EZPoint” page.
   
   
4. The voucher code obtained after successfully redeeming EZPoint through the MyBluebird app is REQUIRED to be shown directly through the MyBluebird app to the receptionist at the IAS Hospitality Airport Lounge outlet when claiming the voucher. Screenshots or screen captures of the voucher code are not valid and will not be accepted.
   
   
5. Users are also REQUIRED to provide their flight number when claiming the voucher code at the IAS Hospitality Airport Lounge outlet.
   
   
6. Each voucher code is valid for 1 (one) person and 1 (one) lounge visit only.
   
   
7. Voucher codes are valid for 7 days from the EZPoint redemption date or until the 30th/31st of the EZPoint redemption month, whichever comes first, and cannot be extended. Please refer to the “Valid until DD MMM YYYY” information displayed below the voucher code under the “My Rewards” menu.
   
   
8. Voucher codes cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions, cancelled, refunded, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other rewards.
   
   
9. Bluebird Group / EZPoint reserves the right to cancel voucher codes without prior notice if any transaction is identified as irregular, suspicious, or potentially in violation of the applicable program terms and conditions.
   
   
10. Lounge availability and capacity are subject to the policies and discretion of each IAS Hospitality Airport Lounge outlet.
    
    
11. Bluebird Group and IAS Hospitality reserve the right to determine, modify, or adjust the mechanism and terms of this program without prior notice.
    
    
12. The terms and conditions of Bluebird Group / EZPoint shall refer to the terms and conditions applicable at the time the reward is used.
