Blue Bird Group was selected based on a survey conducted by Nielsen Consumer Research Indonesia with assessment criteria based on Market Dominance , Longevity , Goodwill , Customer Loyalty , Overall Market Acceptance and CSR .
Maria Lihawa said a Superbrand award expressed a motivation to continuously provide services that are safe, comfortable , convenient and personalize to the public in Indonesia .
