MyBluebird Subscription - Syarat dan Ketentuan

• General Terms & Conditions of Bluebird MyBluebird Subscription (Subscription) Program:
  
  
  1. To join the MyBluebird Subscription package program, users must have an account with complete personal data and have been verified on our system
     
     
  2. Users must update the MyBluebird application to at least version 6.8 (or the latest version) to enjoy the MyBluebird Subscription program
     
     
  3. MyBluebird Subscription package duration varies depending on the type of MyBluebird Subscription package. Blubeird reserves the right to choose the duration of the MyBluebird Subscription package available to you
     
     
  4. MyBluebird Subscription can be purchased through the MyBlubird app using non-cash method which is GoPay. DANA, ShopeePay and Credit Card
     
     
  5. MyBluebird Subscription and discount vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
     
     
  6. MyBluebird Subscription owners who use MyBluebird Subscription Vouchers for travel transactions through MyBluebird App will continue to earn EZPoints with the EZPoint calculation scheme listed on this page
     
     
  7. MyBluebird Subscription packages will not be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period
     
     
  8. MyBluebird Subscription package cannot be canceled and will continue to be active until the end of the MyBluebird Subscription package period that you purchased
     
     
  9. Customer may get different MyBluebird Subscription package with other customer. Customer can only purchase the package if that are available for them in "My Subscription" page
     
     
  10. Bluebird can personalize few promo inside the Subscription package based on the customer activity inside MyBluebird App
      
      
  11. MyBluebird Subscription package discount vouchers can only be used for personal or non-commercial purposes, and are not to be misused. Bluebird reserves the right to terminate the MyBluebird Subscription subscription package and the discount on the package in question if misuse of the benefits of the MyBluebird Subscription subscription package is found
      
      
  12. Bluebird reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend part or all of the terms and conditions of this program/promotion and its benefits without notice
      
      
  13. Bluebird reserves the right to refuse users to subscribe to MyBluebird Subscription if there are activities that violate the rules such as users who use specially modified devices or install unauthorized applications and cause harm
      
      
  14. Bluebird is authorized to make changes to all or part of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to Users and Bluebird encourages Users to read and understand these Terms and Conditions
